Writing + your sleep quality

You would never guess that I disliked writing throughout my years as a student.

I still remember the frustration of staring at the blank paper trying to organize my thoughts, especially during written exams. Feeling the time pressure until I was done, then being left with uneasiness and a sore hand afterwards📝

Now, I love writing: these emails, my blog posts, my website, social media posts (most of the time 😉)

What has changed?

★ I have a topic that I’m passionate about

★ I feel confident in my knowledge of my topic - three certificates in the wellness arena are not for nothing after all!

★ I feel confident in my writing thanks to online courses I took

★ I now have a systematic approach that makes it easier to fill the blank page with words.
