Put Your Guard Up and Gargle!

My grandmother used to make me gargle with lemon, salt, and water when I showed signs of getting sick as a kid. I remember that I did not like to taste the gargling left in my mouth, but it worked.

Now I am the one recommending gargling to everyone. As a family, we all gargle twice a day as a preventative measure and more often, if someone is not feeling well. The kids still don't like the taste, but we all agree on the effectiveness.

Stay Healthy Gargle:

Lemon
Peppermint
Lavender
Oregano
Frankincense
On Guard
Tea Tree

2 drops of oregano, 5 drops each of the rest with 4oz of water. I sometimes add a few drops of copaiba as well. I use less oregano since it is a hot oil. Even so, be careful when sipping the mix, as your lips might be sensitive.

If you are missing some of the oils, let me know and we can find a way to substitute.

I highly recommend gargling regularly with this blend. You will wash out the bacteria and viruses in your throat and be one step ahead of feeling sick!

Stay healthy, stay happy.
